At Beautiiful U, we are committed to offering the finest products.  We currently serve the following destinations: USA (except for Hawaii).

Our dedicated team processes and dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We typically ensure that orders are packed, processed, and sent off within 0-3 business days. After dispatch, you'll receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. Kindly wait up to 48 hours for the tracking details to reflect the latest status.

Incorrect Address Entries:

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the items are returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund the cost of the items. However, we will not refund the original shipping charges. Please double-check your address during the checkout process to avoid any potential issues. If you realize an error post-purchase, reach out to us immediately at helpme@beautiifulu.com so we can attempt to rectify the situation before dispatch.

Delivery Confirmation:

At Beautiiful U, we rely on the shipping company's tracking system to confirm whether a package has been delivered to the recipient's address.

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you claim not to have received it, we will treat the package as having been successfully delivered.

In such cases, Beautiiful U will not be responsible for reimbursing or reshipping the items.

Before reaching out to us about missing packages, we strongly recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, family members, or other household members.
  • Inspecting all potential delivery spots around your residence.
  • Examining parcel lockers or any dedicated package receiving areas.
  • Looking for a key or notice in your mailbox which might indicate the package is in a larger mailbox compartment or held at a local delivery point.
